Hi, I’m Lisey!

I’m a qualified nutritional therapist and a graduate of the College of Naturopathic Medicine, holding a three-year postgraduate qualification in biomedicine and nutrition, alongside over 200 hours of clinical training. I’m a member of the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) and GNC (General Naturopathic Council), and I’m committed to lifelong learning.

My journey into nutritional therapy was shaped by personal experience. I spent years working as an artist — never imagining I’d end up here — but after nearly two decades of disordered eating and debilitating anxiety, something had to change. I used to think I was just “built this way,” relying on unhealthy coping mechanisms to get through daily life (and not very successfully!), but when I discovered how food impacts the brain, it changed everything. I became fascinated by the science behind nutrition and mental health, and that curiosity led me to retrain and dive deep into the research.

Now, I support clients remotely, and occasionally through workshops and talks, helping women use food as a foundation for health, healing, and self-care.

I live in Leeds with my two dogs, Scout and Echo, and a growing jungle of houseplants. In my spare time, I like to hike, cook, draw, and read. As such, I’ve accumulated way too many spices, a perpetually muddy living room, and too many piles of books for the number of shelves I can sensibly fit inside my house.
