These gentle walks are more than just a stroll in the woods — they’re a chance to learn, unwind, and feel grounded in the natural world.
Together, we’ll explore the hedgerows, woodlands, and wild spaces of West and North Yorkshire, identifying seasonal plants and discovering their nourishing, medicinal, and culinary uses. Along the way, we’ll pause for moments of reflection and forest bathing — the calming Japanese practice of immersing ourselves in the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest.
Whether you’re curious about wild food, in need of a reset, or just looking to spend time in good company, these walks are a welcoming space to reconnect with nature, your body, and like-minded people.
No experience necessary. Just bring your curiosity, a comfy pair of shoes, and a willingness to slow down.
